June 2012

The message for this month is about "Resting In The Lord."  May this word bring comfort to you and that God will bless this message and bless those that read it.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read June’s message. I would like to share with you a message that I believe is from God. I pray that the Word of God and the message will edify, exhort and comfort you. The scripture references in the right column is from the Book of Hebrews chapter 4 verses 1 thru 12  which tells us that we need to learn to rest in God. Their are seven keys in Psalm 37 verses 1 thru 6 and verse 34 that will help you in learning to rest in Him.

Resting In The Lord

"But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort". 1Corinthians 14:3 (KJV)

 1.      To edification - Speaks so as to enlighten and strengthen the church.

 2.      And exhortation - He applies and enforces the practical duties of religion, and urges motives for a holy life.

 3.      And comfort - Encouragement. That is, he presents the promises and the “hopes” of the gospel; the various considerations adapted to administer comfort in the time of trial.
